The Aukera is an excellent holiday apartment that stands out for its spaciousness and unbeatable location. It has recently been completely renovated and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay in San Sebastian a pleasant one.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a shower. The distribution of the beds is as follows:
Room 1: a 150 cm wide bed
Bedroom 2: a 150 cm wide bed
Room 3: a 150 cm wide bed
The dining kitchen is spacious and very bright and has all the necessary appliances, as well as all the kitchen equipment: pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, etc.
The Aukera is located on Avenida Carlos I and in less than 5 minutes on foot you will find the Amara public car park. The distance to the city center is only 10 minutes and La Concha Beach or the Old Town can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has an elevator. That is why it is ideal for night rest, very isolated from night noises.
For all these reasons, it is a fantastic option to spend a pleasant stay in Donosti and get to know the most interesting areas of the Gipuzkoan coast and the Basque Country.

Lovely apartment just a few steps from Zurriola Beach and the Old Town of San Sebastian. The apartment KURSAAL - Basque Stay is located in the heart of the city. It takes you less than five minutes walk either if you want to enjoy the beach and its waves, or if you want to taste some pintxos in the Old Town or go shopping in the city center . The building is just in front of Kursaal, where the International Film Festival and Jazz Festival are held, along with a variety of events and shows throughout the year.3 reviews
