Cozy apartment in the old part of San Sebastian and, at the same time, in a quiet street for rest. It is a building located just in front of the mouth of the Urumea river, just across the Kursaal and Zurriola beach. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a small terrace. Includes Internet connection via WiiFi.
It is close to everything: 500 meters from Playa de la Concha and Zurriola beach, ideal for surfing. Restaurants, theaters, cinemas, museums, aquarium, etc. They are within walking distance. Nearby interesting areas such as Bilbao, Basque, Vitoria and Pamplona are 1 hour away or less and with excellent public transport.

ORERETA is a completely renovated apartment which has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. The first bedroom has a double bed 150cm wide, while in the second there are two 90cm-wide beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all types of appliances: ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Both the necessary bedding and towels are provided for all guests and WiFi is also included.
The apartment is in the Gros district, one of the trendy neighbourhoods of Donostia-San Sebastián at the moment. La Zurriola beach, well-known for its waves and young atmosphere, is less than 5 minutes walk away, while both the Old Town and the city center can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot. Also, in the vicinity of the apartment there are numerous shops and supermarkets, as well as different bars and restaurants. Furthernore, for those who visit the city by car, Txofre Parking is just 250m from the apartment.
