Al ser immueble antiguo y la localización con lluvia los patios interiores se ven un poco dejados, la cisterna del wc hace demasiado ruido, y en la cocina faltaría algún bol grande y algunos cubiertos más.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento. Excelente ubicación y una vistas inmejorables de la bahía de la Concha. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La plaza de parking está pegado al apartamento y como íbamos con niños, eso facilita mucho toda la logística.

The Aukera is an excellent holiday apartment that stands out for its spaciousness and unbeatable location. It has been completely renovated recently and has all the necessary amenities to make a pleasant stay in San Sebastian.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a shower tray. The bed distribution is as follows:
Bedroom 1: a bed of 150 cms width
Bedroom 2: a bed of 150 cms width
Bedroom 3: a bed of 150 cms width
The kitchen-dining room is spacious and very bright and has all the necessary appliances, as well as all the kitchen equipment: pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, etc.
The Aukera is located on Carlos I Avenue and in less than 5 minutes walking you can find the public parking of Amara. The distance to the city centre is just 10 minutes and La Concha Beach or the Old Town can be reached in 20 minutes walking.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has a lift. That is why it is ideal for night rest, very isolated from night noise.
For all these reasons, it is a fantastic option to spend a pleasant stay in Donosti and get to know the most interesting areas of the Gipuzkoan coast and the Basque Country.
